Note] We sent our California-based photo correspondent, Chris Bogard, to capture some of the queer artistry on display at Hardly Strictly Bluegrass last weekend and he came back with forty images, featuring Allison Russell, Jake Blount, Jaime Wyatt, Rainbow Girls, Sarah Shook & The Disarmers, S.G. Goodman, Amythyst Kiah, and Joy Oladokun. We formatted the gallery differently than we have in the recent past so you can enjoy them at a fuller size.

Chris Bogard is an artist and visual storyteller with a focus on queer subjects and themes, from drag queens to cowboys. Besides digital and film photography, Chris also enjoys leathercraft and live music.
