Leslie Jordan Launches “Hunker Down Radio” on Apple Music Country

Leslie Jordan, beloved actor (Will & Grace, Hearts Afire), comedian, and pandemic-era social media star, premieres “Hunker Down Radio,” a new show on Apple Music Country, on Sunday, February 28th.

Leslie, along with hit country music songwriter Travis Howard, brings his quick-witted Southern humor to the show. Each one-hour episode gives a glimpse into Leslie’s life while serving up a hearty dose of country, gospel, and blues, “guaranteed to lift your spirits and make you feel like you’re part of the family,” according to the press release.

How Leslie Met Brandi

In April, Jordan will also be releasing an album, Company’s Coming, consisting of duets on traditional country hymns. In this clip, he reveals how he got Brandi Carlile to sing with him on “Angel Band.”
